Kruger Fly & Rent Package

SUMMARY

Fly in and drive yourself with a rental vehicle picked up at the airport to La Villa Vita in Nelspruit. Leave some luggage behind if needed then be of to Kruger. It is luxury and style at both La Villa Vita Presidential or Honeymoon suite (pictures here) and at your choice of a luxury lodge or tented camp in the Kruger National Park (pictures here).

Start: From Johannesburg International in South Africa (alternatively Cape Town or Durban with a supplemental)

Detailed itinerary:

Day 1

Land at the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport in Nelspruit

Pick up your 1400 cc rental vehicle at the airport and drive to La Villa Vita (25 mins)

Check in at La Villa Vita Nelspruit

Enjoy:

- a game of golf at Nelspruit Golf club (5 minutes travel time); or

- an in-room massage or treatment

Relax next to the La Villa Vita pool

Enjoy your included romantic dinner in the Grand Hall room or on your private patio

Day 2

Set of early with a La Villa Vita breakfast basket alternatively just after breakfast

Travel to the Kruger National Park (Malelane Gate 69km)

Enjoy a self drive safari at your own pace and arrive at Skukuza after 2 hours drive

Enjoy lunch / coffee / snacks from the Skukuza kiosks and/or restaurants (not included in the package)

Continue your safari to arrive approximately 3 hours later at your luxury lodge or tented camp

Check in at lodge / tented camp

Enjoy a night drive in an open vehicle

Enjoy a bush dinner as part of the drive alternatively back at the camp

Day 3

Kick off with an early morning drive - the best time to see the Big Five!

Have Breakfast back at the camp

Set off at 10am for another self drive safari to the Lower Sabie rest camp (3.5 hours)

ALTERNATIVELY: add extra nights in the Kruger for an extra R4 225 p.p.s. (all inclusive)

Enjoy lunch at the Lower Sabie restaurant

From here it is another 2.5 hours back to La Villa Vita where a romantic dinner awaits

Last Day

Check out after breakfast

Travel 25 minutes to Nelspruit International airport for your flight back to Johannesburg

ALTERNATIVELY: add an extra night at La Villa Vita for an extra R1 595 p.p.s. (all inclusive)

Do the Panoramic Route. A 3 hour drive in the beautiful mountainous Mpumalanga, visiting:
